Taking into consideration the celebration of the traditional feasts of the Carnival and our commitment to guarantee the best service to the users, the Panama Public Registry in terms of establishing the general policies for the administration of the institution, has furnished a special schedule that allows the individuals, private companies, administrative and judicial entities to carry out their procedures efficiently.
The special schedule will be fulfilled in the following manner:
Saturday, 4th of February
- Customer service from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Headquarters, the regional offices and the National Archive
Saturday, 11th of February
- Customer service in a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the National Directorate of Qualification, Registration and Certification (DINCRECE by its acronym in Spanish) and the Directorate of Legal Counseling.
- From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the administrative areas of the Headquarters, the regional offices and the National Archive.
Monday, 20th of February
All offices will be closed.
Tuesday, 21st of February
All offices will be closed.
Wednesday, 22nd of February
All offices will be closed.
Complying with this special schedule, the services will be suspended the 20th, 21st and 22nd day of February of 2012. It is worth mentioning that the working days enabled for Saturdays 4th and 11th of February of 2012, are deemed business days where the legal terms for the registration procedures that so may require, remain valid.
In addition, in this manner the rendering of services in a more expeditious manner will be guaranteed, since on Carnival Monday and Ash Wednesday a low level of activities is registered at the public and private entities.
